It is of course possible that a shirt does not fit you or that you are not happy with it. Sorry to hear! We would like to hear if there is anything we can do for you to improve the situation. You are not obliged to indicate the reason for return, but of course we would like to hear your reason, so that we can continue to improve our products.
Returning the shirts is done as follows:
- The items to be returned must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the order by e-mail to:firstname.lastname@example.org
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Unfortunately, returned items cannot be taken back if they:are damaged and/or if you have tried to repair the damage yourself.
- The items to be returned must be returned and received within 21 days after registration of the return (via email@example.com).
- The return costs are for your own account.
- The risk of the return shipment lies with the consumer. We advise you to send your package with a track and trace code. Do you make sure that the reout shipment has sufficient franking? Otherwise it unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Return Processing and Refund
- We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of the return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
